Checking your insurance benefits before the appointment enables us to provide details about your out-of-pocket costs before the treatment begins. One way or another, the objective is to be cost efficient, affordable and yet being able to provide top notch quality service. Absolutely No surprise billing.

In order to be effective, efficient & excellent; we require your help to:

  • Provide your dental insurance information ahead of time, preferably 48-72 hours prior, that way, we are able to verify your benefits
  • Fill out & submit ‘patient information’ forms online
  • Utilize our ‘online scheduling’ program to book your appointment as much as possible.

We understand that your traditional dental insurance should NOT determine or limit the course of treatment. However, Insurance verification ahead of time is very helpful in determining out-of-pocket cost. This shall help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.

No matter what happens, we still want the best dental care to be 100% accessible for everyone. In the event, we are not able to utilize your insurance benefits due to limitation/restriction clauses OR you carry an insurance policy that we do not accept, check out for the promotional offers on our website from time to time and take advantage of it. Also, in case, you not have an active dental insurance, please join our in-office membership plan ‘Divine Umbrella’ to qualify for more savings (terms & conditions apply). Through DIVINE UMBRELLA, we are able to discount the total cost of dental service.

After the initial introductory meeting with the dentist, it is time to start a thorough examination of your teeth. You can relax in a calm environment, with TV screens for entertainment and education. Our patients receive digital x-rays, an expert oral health exam, dental assessment, and treatment consultation the very same day. While our objective is to provide you ‘same day treatment’ when possible, sometimes, it is more beneficial to schedule it on a separate day. Our dental experts will always explain your why-what-how-when in detail. So, stay assured.
