Each CandidPro aligner is designed to make a slight shift in your teeth’s position. You will wear each aligner for a specific amount of time, usually a week or two, before switching to the next one in the series.

How Does the Clear Aligner Process Work?
- Initial Complimentary Consultation: During your initial consultation, we analyze your bite and oral health to determine if you’re a good candidate for CandidPro clear aligners.
- Starting Treatment: Once we agree to move forward, we take digital scans, photographs, and necessary x-rays of your teeth, these are sent to the CandidPro lab, where a certified orthodontist will formulate a treatment plan that will correct your misalignment. They use the scans we have taken of your teeth to digitally map out your tooth movements. Then, they create custom-made aligners based on impressions that were taken of your teeth. Within just a few weeks, your aligners will be fabricated and received.
- Follow up: Throughout the rest of your treatment, you may or may not need to return to our office for routine appointments.
- Remote Monitoring: You may use the CandidPro app for remote monitoring by a certified orthodontist for professional expertise and ultimate convenience.
- Tracking Progress: Instead of needing to make visits to office, your progress will be tracked through the app, where you will upload photos of your teeth. You will receive immediate feedback within a day. They will keep an eye on your progress and approve your continuation onto the next set of aligners. Your final set of aligners will be used as your retainer.

Using your smartphone, the CandidPro app takes digital images of your teeth and sends them to Dr. Patel for analysis. The app also allows messaging to ask questions about treatment as you progress.
